My name is Tina. I am a special education and elementary school teacher. I have been a teacher for 17 years. I have taught all grades from Kindergarten to 8th grade. Throughout my years of teaching, I have worked with learning disabled, dyslexic, autistic, severe behavior, and cognitively delayed students. I have tutored at the high school level, especially math. My daughter came from a charter school system into public school where the curriculum is a lot different. Due to this difference she seemed to be very behind educationally compared to the other children. This obstacle left my daughter frustrated and confused and her grades and zeal declined dramatically.
