I grew up in a math household; both my parents are high school math teachers and my older brother is an engineer so I had no hope growing up. I went to Texas A&M to become a high school math teacher and graduated in 2010. I taught Algebra 1 for a year but discovered that teaching full time in a public school was not for me.
