She is quite sensitive to my language needs. For example, when I try to venture into using the vocabulary of my profession (which was my original impetus to learn Spanish), she is accommodating and elicits as much conversation from me as I am capable of, asking simple questions and supporting me with new vocabulary and syntax. She also makes sure to teach an array of dialectal variations, specifying which region uses which variation of a word, conjugation, etc. Perhaps most importantly, Millie has a passion for teaching that is very obvious. She is a pleasure to be around and has a wonderful attitude. Though I started out learning Spanish purely as a career move, she has made it positively enjoyable to study and move forward with the language. I highly recommend her lessons, as I now look forward to them every week!
