I am presently a part time teacher with CARIBE Refugee Program at Erwin Technical Center, Adult Education Hillsborough County. The CARIBE Refugee Program was established in 1999 to help refugees to learn English and become part of the community. We have refugees from different parts of the world, with all levels of education. All refugees must be tested with the CASAS testing program to find their knowledge of English and correct placement level.
