I am a retired teacher, who still substitutes on occasion. I have taught all grades from kindergarten through high school. I am also a registered nurse and spent 5 years helping to start a health program in Guatemala from 1977-1982. This involved teaching (in Spanish) paramedics to care for the sick in their villages, which were far from any clinics.
