I will be 63 years old as of April 4th; in my work history, I have been a teacher, a minister in my church for 25 yrs, a hospital chaplain for 18 yrs, a campus minister at Arizona State University for two years, and worked with people with developmental disabilities for 5 yrs. My philosophy of working in this field is very person-centered: first to meet with the person to learn about them and their needs, and to develop lesson plans with them to meet those needs.
