Hello, there! My name is Addison, and I’m a new teacher living in Scottsdale, AZ. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin (the #1 Public College of Education in the nation!) with a degree in Elementary Education in the Summer of 2013. My degree also has a Reading Specialization component, which is something I’m very passionate about. During my time at UT, I student taught for 6 months in a Pre-K classroom, and a then spent a full year student teaching in a 2nd grade classroom.
