I am a retired transcriber for federal court reporters. I lived most of my life in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. I moved to California when my husband retired as a federal court reporter in Puerto Rico. I am proficient in speaking the Spanish language and also understand what I am reading.
