The impact that Amy's tutoring has had on our daughter was immediate. Over the last several months, our daughter continues to progress in her reading at an incredible rate. We knew at the beginning of our search for a tutor that our daughter just needed the right kind of help to overcome her challenges. What Amy has accomplished in such a short period of time has exceeded all of our expectations. Amy is incredibly accessible and easy to reach by phone, email, or text. She is always on time for tutoring, always prepared for the nights session, and gets right down to business. Afterwards, she takes the time to go over our daughters progress and challenges in a detailed, but easily understandable way. Most importantly, she listens and genuinely cares about our daughter, her reading, and the work she's doing in school. In fact, Amy integrates her own tutoring methods directly into what's being taught in the classroom. Amy's tutoring has made all the difference in helping our daughter close the gap between where she was before she started and where she needs to be. There is still more work to be done, but we are completely confident that Amy is up to the challenge. We can't say enough positive things about Amy. She is a terrific tutor who we would recommend for reading comprehension, or any other subject, without hesitation.
