I’ve been teaching photography for more than 20 years while working as a professional photographer for numerous magazines , newspapers and photo agencies.

I’m based in New York City. My work has been published widely, as a regular contributor to the Washington City Paper and The Washington Post Magazine, among others, and through my internationally-reviewed photography book, “Female,” commercially published in 2018.

I hold a degree in Journalism from the Universidad Catolica in Chile. I’ve attended many photography courses at the ICP in New York City and the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C.
