First of all he's genius when it comes to the material, but his unique ability to convey abstract concepts to someone who perceives herself as quantitatively challenged is truly a gift to anyone who has him as a tutor. He has some great tricks that are very intuitive, so knowledge will come naturally to you on test day; many tutors will just have you memorize dozens of formulas that are easy to confuse or forgot, but fortunately Manny does not believe in that methodology. Manny is unbelievably patient, will be one of your best advocates, and will work with your scheduling constraints. He truly wants his students to succeed, and I am so happy that I found him. My 16 year old sister is struggling with Calculus at the moment and after hearing me go on and on about how great Manny is, she's going to start tutoring with him too. Book him ASAP.
