Whenever a student has a question, he has an answer for it. Second, he possesses affluent knowledge of the materials covered during the session, ready to be shared with the students. With his adequate characteristics, Chad is successful on leading the students into the topic each day. Because of his nice personality, it is easier for the students to follow him along the sessions, especially when the students to not understand something, he kindly explicates the topic until the student completely grasps it. What I mean by that is that, he doesn't cover every single step of a content, but only the core parts of a unit. Thus, it will be great to work with him especially when a test is upcoming. For the lesson, he uses an application called Webex, which it great. It allows both ends of the connection to write and draw certain figures that wishes to show to the other person, in real time.
