I often say (when speaking about my college professors anyway) that when people earn PhDs, more likely than not, all the ability to relate to people in layman's terms disappears. Once again, not the case with Kevin. Kevin is the type of tutor who will probe for where your weaknesses lie and then break the subject down so that you can easily follow. Moreover, he sure does wonders for rebuilding a student's confidence so that the issue of not believing one can do it does not hamper the student's progress. Having given me a thorough run through of both Organic Chemistry I and Physics I, I can honestly say he is a valuable tutor for both subjects. Highly,HIGHLY recommend him.

Although she is a good student, she is a small classroom kind of learner and was having difficulty with chemistry taught in this fashion. Evan M. from Cranford, NJ By far the best tutor I've ever had in general. I am a biology student at university and let's just say organic chemistry is not one of my stronger classes (I'm a 3.8 GPA student). Well, in orgo 1 I barely pulled out a B- and while in the beginning of orgo 2 I was having a huge problem with sn1, sn2, E1, and E2. Then I found Kevin on Wyzant and he has turned me around ten fold. I went from being unsure to answer a question in class to being the one the prof always looks at for an answer. And I went from a 66 on the first exam (class average was a 40) to the highest grade in the class on Exam 2 (I got an 85 but the class avg was a 60), and now my average in the class is an 84. Also I am looking to go into the dental field and take my DAT's to get into dental school and he has been so helpful with getting prepared. I would 100% recommend Kevin to anyone who is struggling in orgo or wants to get into medical or dental school!
