He started working with Susan on a summer English class and his whole attitude toward college has changed. She not only has helped him with his writing skills, but has instilled the confidence in him that he can be successful in college. She is very patient, caring, and easily accessible, but most importantly caters her tutoring to the particular student's learning style.
