I have worked in the public school system for over 20 years. Many of those years I spent in Special Education working with students with IEP’s. I am very familiar with IEP’s and with a range of learning disabilities. I am extremely patient and yet firm and I expect the student to do their share and take ownership and responsibility of their education. In addition to tutoring the student I like to try to instill beneficial study habits. I have worked in the public school system grades K-12.
