I have always wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember. School was difficult for me because of a learning disability that went undetected. Through perseverance and determination I learned how to adapt to the disability. I became a teacher and went on for my Master’s in School Counseling from Concordia University. I have taught for nineteen years. The most precious moment is when you see in a student’s face, expression and body language that they finally got it.
