Marilyn W. from Greenwich, CT Frederique is a very reliable and dedicated tutor. She pays attention to the children's needs and is always trying to improve their areas of weakness. She is very patient and always combines a strong work ethic with a fun approach. She provides her own materials and uses a large variety of different educational tools. Frederique is a very lovely person and we can't thank her enough for the help she provided in teaching French to our children.

She ALWAYS arrives on time and never cancels. As a native Parisian, her language skills are invaluable in helping me to understand French idioms, customs, manners and style. She even taught me what NOT to say, even though it may sound correct in English. She is not only extremely knowledgeable in the intricacies of grammar, both French and English, but she is well versed in French literature, history, film and culture. Her incorporation of these elements into the lessons made the learning experience far more interesting and enjoyable. Her lessons were always well prepared, relevant and organized. And, as a bonus, she is also extremely personable and cheerful. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
