I teach ESL and reading. I love literature and languages and enjoy meeting and teaching foreign adult students. I think it’s important for students to understand and speak English as it is really spoken, but, I insist that my students learn correct grammar when they write. I have many tricks to make it fun. I use a variety of resources to teach, including music lyrics and TV shows which are all good ways to get “an ear” for the language.
