As a substitute teacher, I learn along with my students. I am always doing the classwork along with the students, helping them with any problems they may face.

Even the greatest teachers cannot guarantee 100% understanding of their material. Everyone learns a bit differently; some students are visual learners, others are auditory learners, and some even learn best by tactile touch! These are called learning modalities, and everyone fits into one or two groups (I’m a visual learner!).
