Rockford Village Head Start Learning Center

MYCAP Head Start/Early Head Start is an Ohio Department of Jobs & Family Services Licensed Pre-School Program designed to assist families in an effort to improve the quality of their lives and to give children ages birth to 5 years old a “Head Start” in education.
Priority is given to families meeting the age and income guidelines as set by the Department of Health and Human Services.
