The Davis Family YMCA Preschool Program is a state-licensed program
that provides your child with hands-on learning and the opportunity for
safe stimulating and fun-filled activities. Children learn fine and gross
motor skills and socialization. Our program is designed to meet the developmental
needs of children as well as provide them with a FUN learning
experience. We provide activities that enhance and enrich each childs
cognitive language and adaptive development. Within the daily schedule
each child has the opportunity to be creative explore their environment
and develop problem-solving skills through self-discovery and teacherassisted
activities. Opportunities for solitary play as well as group activities
are provided. Preschool Staff serve as positive role models and provide
care that is supportive nurturing warm and responsive to each childs
needs.
