Union Learning Center

Union Learning Center (ULC) is a nonprofit organization whose purpose is viewed as an outreach ministry to the community by providing a safe, secure, and caring environment for your child/children. Programs of the center will promote and foster the spiritual, intellectual, social, physical and emotional health of the children served.
