Additionally, the Executive Director maintains on-going communication with parents and ensures consistent parental satisfaction striving to exceed expectations and earn your trust.
The Director of Education works in conjunction with the Executive Director and can assume responsibility for the operation of the school in their absence. The Director of Education oversees all areas of our educational program to achieve performance at NAEYC standards; models appropriate classroom practices; conducts formal and informal observations of the teaching staff; and provides regular communications with parents and staff.
