Raceland Early Childhood Learning Center

The mission of the Raceland-Worthington Independent School staff is to implement the
goals and capacities of Kentucky Education Reform Act (KERA) and to provide a safe
and orderly environment that will enable the learning process to flourish in all our
students and staff. It is our intent to: (1) create a school climate that creates within each of
our students the will to reach their highest academic and social potential; (2) maintain and
extend the synergistic relationship between our school system and the community; (3)
provide each student with personal, academic and social guidance; (4) and encourage
democratic principles through critical reasoning and interpersonal relationships.
