Family Co-op Nursery School

We believe that children learn best in a stimulating environment where they can make choices utilizing a wide variety of materials. Our specific goals for your child are as follows:

to learn and play independently to be at ease about being away from home to work effectively with others, respecting their rights to develop a positive self-image to develop receptive language skills to strengthen and refine physical skills to learn and express inner creative impulses to grow to channel inner destructive impulses to turn aggression into hard work, to talk instead of hitting to empathize with and relate to others to have fun!

Since our school is a place where parents and children go to school together we have some goals for our parents. Our specific goals for parent development are as follows:

to gain a better understanding of your child and others to develop empathy with your child to guide your child in making choices to understand the development levels of children to help you become more comfortable working with children to share your time and talents to have fun!
