The Upper Perkiomen Child Care Center is an early childhood educational program and child care service of St. Pauls Evangelical Lutheran Church Red Hill for children from six weeks to 12 years of age.

Operational Hours: Monday Friday from 6:30 AM to 6 PM.

The church facility offers interactive classroom space and is located on a forty-five acre country setting and provides a pleasant climate for learning growth and play.

UPCCC strives through a skilled staff to offer a multi-cultural non-denominational program of the highest quality. A caring loving and christian atmosphere supports the growth of the whole child in relationship to adults other children and God and encourages each child to develop a positive self-image while respecting and caring for others the community and all parts of Gods world. Our church musician provides an interactive music lab within the Centers specialty curriculum.

UPCCC nurtures positive relationships for children growing in Gods world by utilizing a variety of educational resources encouraging parental involvement in classroom activities and developing intergenerational experiences. A forty-five acre country setting provides a pleasant climate for learning and play.

The program was founded in the Spring of 1986 by St. Pauls Evangelical Lutheran Church Red Hill and grew out of a congregational vision to serve the parents and children of the community through a quality weekday educational program.

In 1996 a re-visioning process guided by Pastor Vanderslice in partnership with parents staff and congregational leadership provided for significant growth in the Centers mission weekday program and service to the community. Currently 125 children are enrolled in the program with a teaching staff of twenty-five. New interior furnishing and age appropriate recreational areas have been made possible over the years through special grants
