Early Learning Center. The R.W. Brown Early Learning Center provides full-day (7:00am – 6:00pm) full-year preschool programming for ages 1 to 5 years. The program includes exciting educational activities such as swimming lessons arts & crafts computer technology music appreciation educational trips and theater classes. Breakfast lunch and two snacks are served. The R.W. Brown Early Learning Center is a Keystone Star 3 level facility. We welcome TANF and State Child Care Subsidy.
