Valley Forge Childrens Academy has been servicing the King of Prussia area for over 50 years. VFCA is able to provide quality childcare and education in a homelike atmosphere. The years in service has enabled the school to surpass health and safety requirements for the children. Each age group is placed in an age appropriate classroom as well as indoor and outdoor play areas.
Valley Forge Childrens Academys program focuses on each childs needs. We are unique because we are privately owned and operated which gives us the flexibility to focus directly on each child. Valley Forge Childrens Academys 50 years of experience has developed a strong curriculum for each age group safety that surpasses many facilities and a loving and nurturing staff that children are excited to see each and everyday.

At Valley Forge Childrens Academy our goal is to Partner with our parents to continue the loving and nurturing environment they provide at home. We provide a safe and friendly atmosphere for your children to enjoy while they learn and grow.
By focusing on our students individual needs interests and backgrounds we strive to develop their cognitive social and emotional growth. Academic success is important to us but we also need to ensure the development of the whole child.
Our teaching methods vary to meet the needs of each individual child. We allow the students to experience many diverse situations and teach them to respond openly with respect.
We feel that age appropriate hands-on learning is a wonderful way for your children to grow. Learning by doing is most effective for the age groups placed in our care. In addition the Whole Language approach is very important to your children and us. We do our best to incorporate all of our subject areas into common everyday experiences.
Our school also relies heavily on positive reinforcement. We feel there is always a positive way of handling a situation. At their early age we work to develop mutual respect between our students and teachers. Surrounding all of this is continual communication with the parents. We encourage daily discussions with our teachers during which we look for you feedback as well. Your input is an integral part of our individual teaching and guidance.
