The Kid’s Korner accommodates children ages two years to five years. The Kid’s Korner is privately owned and operated by Yolanda Contrubis and Jennifer Contrubis-Denza. All operating expenses are paid out of tuition fees and any fund-raising activities. The Kid’s Korner does not discriminate on the basis of race color creed gender national origin or on any other basis prohibited by applicable law in the enrollment of student hiring of staff or in the administration of programs and policies. Admissions is based on the availability of space in a developmentally appropriate class and the individual needs of the children. Since education of young children must involve the parents the desire to work with the Preschool is expected and encouraged through our parent participation program. Parents are required to volunteer two hours per month on behalf of the Preschool.

Our Program follows the principles of Child Development. Our goal is to give our children a creative and happy experience in a pleasant environment in which they will learn the disciplines of the classroom while enjoying hands-on and free-play activities during the school day. Daily structured activities vary between individual and group instruction. Each child learns at his or her own pace. We strive to give young children a warm and accepting environment where they will develop confidence self-esteem inner-discipline and increasing independence.
