The Day Care is an outreach of the St. Lukes Reformed Episcopal Church and as such we stress the importance of spiritual development within each individual. Each child is a special gift that God has given to us to help nurture, understand, and meet his/her needs. Here at St. Lukes, religious holidays such as Christmas, Good Friday, and Easter are celebrated according to the Christian beliefs. Religious education is included in most classes for children 2 years old and above.
In addition to religious outreach, the purpose of St. Lukes Day Care is to meet the needs of infant, preschool, and afterschool children while their parents are at work or study. We seek to have the child and parents feel loved and accepted at our Day Care. We are here to offer you all of our support.
It is our philosophy that children learn and benefit from activities which help them to develop spiritually, emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
