Rising Higher Learning Center

Rising Higher Learning Center is a licensed child care center in Lubbock TX. Owner Holly Guest has been providing day care for 22 years and was one of the founders of the South Plains Day Home Association. All of our teachers are CPR and First Aid certified. We care for children 6 weeks to 12 years old. Afterschool pick-up is available.
