Quala Care Preschool

Quala Care has been serving children in the Jeffersontown area for more than 25 years. Many people know us as the preschool program for the Academy for Individual Excellence.

Our program is designed to serve children who are between the ages of 2 and 5. We operate at or near capacity on a regular Prechool Studentsbasis. The preschool is licensed by the state to care for 55 children and has consistently received perfect scores in its inspections and licensure reviews.

The preschool is open from 7:00am to 6:00 pm. This allows the school to operate educationally as a preschool and yet serves the community’s needs by offering a convenient daycare schedule to parents who work outside the home.

Through the years, we have been fortunate to have low turn over in both our staff and the children we serve. This low turn over allows us to have a wonderful family-type environment with competent, experienced staff and children who develop friendships that last.

It is the objective of the preschool to provide an atmosphere conducive for the developmental growth of your child. Every aspect of the day will be considered a learning experience in which the children will be taught listening skills, cooperation with peers and meal-time manners, as well as other social and personal responsibilities.

We will provide opportunities for creativity in art, music, movement and drama. Multi-age socialization is an important component of the family-style at Quala Care as the children spend time playing and interacting in mixed age groups throughout the day.
