At Jeffersontown United Methodist Child Development Center, we recognize that childhood is a unique and valuable stage in life. As early Childhood Educators, it is our responsibility to provide safe, healthy, and nurturing settings for children. We are committed to supporting child development by cherishing individual differences, helping them to live and work cooperatively, and by promoting each childs self-esteem. All teachers are provided ongoing training in Early Childhood Education. This ensures that each teacher has a thorough understanding of what is “age appropriate” for the class with which he or she works.

Jeffersontown United Methodist Child Development Center is housed in the new addition of Jeffersontown United Methodist Church. We are located in the heart of Jeffersontown on Taylorsville Road near Watterson Trail.
