Choices In Learning Charter School Preschool

Charter schools are public schools of choice. They are funded by the state have a contract (or charter) with the local school district and are monitored by the school district and the state. Although they are monitored by the district and state they are self-managed and operate independently from the district. Charter schools may be created with a specific purpose in mind.
