At Storyland school we believe that we have an opportunity to create a better world for children and their families by providing quality preschool and child care. We provide an approach to teaching where all areas of development including:
cognition & literacy creative arts physical development and social development are integrated within an age appropriate integrated curriculum.
Storyland provides an environment where children are encouraged and motivated to learn in a nurturing caring and fun manner. They are allowed to discover and develop at their own pace with the guidance of qualified teachers and staff members. We believe that each child should be given the opportunity to work at their own level and simultaneously be encouraged to eNHAnce and build on their skills through academic guidance.
Storyland strongly encourages learning through play. Play is an enjoyable and integral part of learning for each child. It is where they learn important social and verbal skills through cooperation communication problem solving and negotiation with their peers. We provide ample opportunities to encourage play in both a structured and self motivated setting.
