We believe all children can learn. Our classrooms are set up to create a successful environment for your child to have the best opportunities to learn. Our curriculum follows the Kansas Learning Standard guidelines. Children are offered a variety of opportunities to explore their world through play. Gross motor and social skills are developed through both structured and unstructured play. Independence, fine motor skills, communication and literacy will be taught in large and small groups and nurtured through guided and independent practice.
Although it may seem like fun and games to preschoolers, the curriculum we follow is packed with educational elements. Games abound that teach pre-reading skills like phonemic awareness, letter and sound recognition; basic math concepts; and hands-on science exploration.
