College Hill Childrens Center located on the second and third floors of a historic tobacco warehouse at 417 Frederick Street in Lancaster Pennsylvania has received the highest rating for quality early education in Pennsylvaniaa Keystone Star Level Four as well as accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children. In addition to expansive infant toddler and preschool classroom spaces the center boasts a kindergarten classroom a private space for nursing mothers a large indoor playroom and a fenced outdoor play spaces with equipment for all ages.

Lancaster General Health and Franklin & Marshall College have contracted with Hildebrandt Learning Centers a leader in developing and operating employer-related early learning centers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to operate the center.
