The Goddard School

The Goddard School located in Lawrence near Geist Reservoir. I am also the proud mother of four children who have all graduated from The Goddard School and are excelling at our local elementary school! Having an opportunity to be a part of early childhood education has truly been a blessing!

The Goddard School is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm year round offering a variety of programs convenient for parents who want the proven advantages of a high quality private preschool education for their children.

Our warm loving atmosphere features an extended day program designed to enhance the emotional social intellectual and physical development of children from six weeks to Kindergarten. We also offer an excellent fun-filled summer camp program as well as after-school enrichment programs for children up to eight years of age.

Our School’s faculty includes experienced teachers with degrees in Elementary Education Early Childhood Education or with a Child Development Accreditation who provide children with carefully planned educational and developmental programs that meet the needs of the “whole” child. Our state-of-the-art custom designed building was planned to provide a safe healthy and stimulating environment.

Our philosophy is to provide an atmosphere suited to the development of self-esteem confidence and a love of learning. We challenge our students by encouraging their inquiry and exploration of the world around them to help instill a sense of confidence in their ability to master new situations and tasks through reasoning. Children are exposed to a variety of teaching methods so that they are prepared to enter any elementary school. The Goddard School combines the best possible equipment and professionally educated faculty in an environment specifically designed for young children.
