We offer a part-time preschool program for children ages 2 years through 4-and-a-half-years old. We have a stimulating and well-educated staff ready to encourage and guide your child. Our center’s adult-to-child ratio is less than recommended by the State of Maryland. We are licensed by the Maryland State Department of Human Resources, and regulated by the Office of Childcare. We are also recognized as a 1/2 day MSDE Kindergarten.

The Hollywood United Methodist Preschool, an outreach ministry of the Hollywood United Methodist Church, was established in September 1975. The preschool program is designed to help the individual child develop socially, physically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually. Each child is encouraged to develop at his or her own pace through individual and group instruction.
