The Goddard School is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM year round, offering a variety of programs convenient for parents who want the proven advantages of a high quality preschool education for their children. Scheduling options can range from as few as two half days or as many as five full days.
Since opening in March 1999, The Goddard School located in Hillsborough has been recognized by Goddard Systems, Inc. as one of their top performing Schools. In addition to earning the Circle of Excellence award, we have also received awards for Quality Assurance, Health and Safety as well as the Director of the Year. In 2005, we received accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Only approximately 8% of the early childhood programs in the United States achieve this recognition.
Our warm, loving atmosphere enhances the emotional, social, intellectual and physical development of children from six-weeks-old through Kindergarten. We also offer summer camp and after-school enrichment programs for children up to 11 years of age. The Hillsborough Township Board of Education provides transportation to and from The Goddard School for children enrolled at Hillsborough Elementary, Triangle Elementary, Sunnymead Elementary, Woodfern Elementary and Auten Road Intermediate Schools. Children who attend those schools participate in our Before and After-School programs as well as Kindergarten Enrichment. We also offer a full-day Kindergarten program with a low teacher to pupil ratio.
Our School’s faculty consists of experienced teachers trained in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education or Child Development. Our carefully planned educational and developmental programs are designed to meet the needs of the whole child. We reside in a state-of-the-art, customized building, designed to provide a safe, healthy and stimulating environment. Fingersafe door hinge guards have been installed throughout the facility.
