PHILOSOPHY
We focus on the whole child: The cognitive (intellectual), the affectual (feeling), the sensory-motor (physical) and the spiritual (Biblical). We know that a child learns best when he/she has a sense of personal well being and security. During these early years a childs self-esteem is basic to his attitude about learning. Education is life, not preparation for life. In the book of John, Chapter 10, verse 10, Jesus states, “I have come that you might have life and have it more abundantly.” We pray that each child will grow to understand this verse and realize the potential the Lord has given to each one who enters A Childs Place.
