Herndon Community Center

The Herndon Community Center Preschool provides a safe and caring learning environment for your child in the unique, relaxed setting of the Herndon Community Center, operated by the Town of Herndon Parks and Recreation Department. Our program’s primary goal is to provide developmentally appropriate curriculum that nurtures the whole child. The program is designed and the staff is selected to accomplish the following goals:

Build a positive self image for each child
Increase each child’s degree of independence
Develop a sense of responsibility for self and others
Learn to share and respect the rights and privileges of others
Learn basic readiness skills and improve physical skills
