At Premier Academy we are very proud of the educational foundation the children in our preschool program receive. We use the A Beka Book curriculum which is a phonics program written and developed at Pensacola Christian College. With this curriculum preschool children fully learn each letter including how it sounds and how to write it. They will also learn numbers and the number values while learning to write each number. Colors shapes and calendar skills are also included in the daily lesson plans along with saying the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States flag.
To ensure your preschooler receives a strong foundation the children have a daily bible story and lesson. These lessons will reinforce our goals of teaching the children self-confidence and independence respect for themselves and others the importance of a sense of responsibility for their own actions and for the well-being of others.
By the end of the preschool years our students have the necessary skills to succeed in the classroom in Pre-Kindergarten and beyond and they have developed a love of learning that will last them a lifetime
