The Friendship Center at Schooley’s Mountain is a New Jersey not-for-profit corporation under Title 15A:28 and 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is an Intergenerational Child Care Center.
The Friendship Center is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees committed to linking retired men and women to the learning experience of children.
*Full-time and part-time programs for children from 2 1/2 through kindergarten in a modern setting.
*An intergenerational environment that promotes interaction between your child and retired residents who live at Heath Village.
*Programs are intended to benefit the child’s physical, social, emotional and intellectual needs in a Christian environment.
Our enrollment is intentionally small, so that we can provide each child with the kind of individual attention that is so important during a child’s early development. Our programs are provided in a unique intergenerational setting.

The Friendship Center will provide a healthy, safe and Christian environment which will offer opportunities to promote the growth of the whole child. Opportunities will be offered for interaction with retired men and women through special intergenerational programs.
