Home Sweet Home Children’s School exists to encourage and support the growth of each child in all areas of development. This creates a positive self image and a realistic opportunity at succeeding in life. Early childhood is a very different life stage different from adulthood and even later school years. Children between the ages of three and six learn better through interactive experiences rather than simply listening to someone speak. They will learn a great amount through play and exploration. Based on this knowledge we design our programs so that they fit the children well. This will work a lot better than trying to redesign the children themselves! We embrace the idea of a “Developmentally Appropriate Practice.”
