Genius Kids is a private learning/tutoring center and not a child care/day care facility. Since our programs do not exceed 12-16 hours per week (depending on the age of the child) Genius Kids has been determined to be exempt from licensure by the State of California Section 101158©. Parents are required to re-enroll their children every quarter as a formality.
