White Settlement Head Start and Child Development Center

Hello Im Carlette Thigpen Director of the White Settlement Child Development Center. Ive been involved in Early Childhood Education for 23 years and have a CDA. I started in Early Childhood Education and the Head Start Program as a volunteer. From there my interest about the profession grew so that I actively pursued a career in the field. I get such joy knowing that Ive assisted families in reaching their goals and their children in gaining a good start on their education.
