The teachers at Rocky Mountain KinderCare are passionate about educating and nurturing young children. Our teachers have an average of four years at our center and an average of seventeen years in the education field. The majority of our teachers have either their Child Development Associates Credential or Bachelors Degree in Education. Rocky Mountain KinderCare strives for excellence through continuing education from our biannual company professional development trainings and by seeking additional college courses or seminars in the education field. At the end of the day, the true key to every teacher’s success is their passion for teaching and their love of learning.
