Our brand new state of the art learning center is the third branch of the Ice Castles family.
Our head director Alejandrina Delgado opened her first Ice Castles in the lower valley in September of 1998. In October 2001 she opened a brand new Ice Castles Too in Horizon. Within six months of opening it became a four-star daycare center with the Texas Rising Star Association.
In 2004 Alejandrina was recognized as an “Employer of Excellence” by El Paso Mayor Joe Wardy. In 2005 she was recognized as the “Minority Business Owner of the Year” by Governor Rick Perry Congressman Silvestre Reyes and the city of El Paso.
