Rising Star Learning Center was established in September 2008. We are a smaller center that encourages the school/family relationship. Certified teachers and assistants work to build self confidence and all gross fine social and academic skills of each child. Staff are CPR/First aid certified. We strive for excellence and therefore participate in the Keystone Stars Program.
